    This is where you truly get to practice self-love, grace and gratitude towards your most inner-being. We will go through a series of asanas (poses) utilizing our breath to get us there (Inhale) and our breath to settle us there (Exhale). Here, will work on our posture, proper alignment and allowing breath to movement flow.

    Practices are 60 minutes and can be in the form of an Individual session, Group session or Couple session. Our couple sessions help bring unity back into your energy field and the ability embrace your original authentic connection with no distractions.
